Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Sleekins handles information when you use the Sleekins website, screenshot editor, Chrome extension, capture tools, export tools, and related pages.

Who We Are
Sleekins is a browser screenshot studio for creating polished screenshots, full page captures, framed visuals, and export-ready image assets.
This policy applies to the public Sleekins website at sleekins.com, the browser-based screenshot editor, the Sleekins Chrome extension, and any related capture or export surfaces that link to this policy.
Information We Handle
Sleekins is designed to work without user accounts in the current phase. You can open the editor, import a screenshot, adjust the design, and export without creating a profile.
Depending on how you use Sleekins, the product may handle the following information:
- Screenshots, images, overlays, text, and design settings that you add to the editor.
- URLs you submit for browser screenshot capture.
- Editor preferences such as export format, quality, scale, theme, and dismissed notices.
- Draft data stored in your browser so the editor can recover recent work.
- Basic technical data such as request status, browser behavior, error states, and server logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Browser Storage
Sleekins uses browser storage to keep the editor fast and useful. Local storage may save theme choices, export preferences, custom presets, and small interface preferences.
IndexedDB may store temporary editor drafts in your browser so recent work can be restored. Draft cleanup is designed to remove old or oversized local data. You can also clear this data through your browser settings.
Screenshots, Captures, and Exports
When you upload or paste a screenshot into the editor, Sleekins processes it in the browser where practical. Some export workflows can use a server-assisted compression route to produce smaller or higher quality files. That route receives the rendered image data needed to complete the export request.
When you use URL capture, Sleekins sends the target URL and capture settings to the screenshot service used by the app so a screenshot can be generated and returned. Do not submit URLs or screenshots that contain sensitive information unless you are allowed to process that content with Sleekins.
Chrome Extension
The Sleekins Chrome extension uses activeTab, scripting, and storage permissions. It is built to capture the tab you choose when you start a capture.
The extension can capture viewport or full page screenshots, preview them in Chrome, export them, or open them in the Sleekins editor. Extension storage may be used for capture state, preview data, and preferences needed for the capture workflow.
How We Use Information
Sleekins uses information to provide the editor, capture screenshots, create exports, recover drafts, remember preferences, diagnose errors, secure the service, and improve product reliability.
Sleekins does not sell personal information. The current product does not require accounts, billing profiles, or team workspaces.
Service Providers
Sleekins may rely on hosting providers, browser platform services, screenshot capture infrastructure, export processing infrastructure, and other technical providers that help deliver the product.
These providers may process limited information only as needed to provide, secure, monitor, and improve the service.
Retention
Data stored in your browser stays under your browser profile until it expires, is cleaned up by the app, or is removed by you. Server-side processing for captures and exports is intended to be task-based and limited to what is needed to complete the request.
Operational logs may be retained for a limited period to maintain security, debug errors, and understand service reliability.
Your Choices
You can avoid submitting URL captures, clear local browser storage, remove extension data, uninstall the Chrome extension, and choose not to use workflows that require server-assisted processing.
If you need to make a privacy request, use the contact method published by Sleekins in the product, Chrome Web Store listing, or official domain.
Children
Sleekins is not intended for children under 13. Do not use Sleekins to submit information about children unless you have the right to do so and comply with applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
Sleekins may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. The updated date at the top of the page shows when the policy was last revised.
